What is the Trigger Price Range Condition?
To ensure valid order placement:
The Trigger Price must be at least 0.25% away from the current Last Traded Price (LTP) of the security at the time of placing the GTT order.
Orders placed within this range will not be accepted by the system.
Example:
If the LTP of a stock is ₹1000:
Minimum difference required = ₹1000 × 0.25% = ₹2.50
So,
For Buy GTT → Trigger Price should be < ₹997.50
For Sell GTT → Trigger Price should be > ₹1002.50
