(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2021) This is to inform you that the 36thAnnual General Meeting (For the Financial Year 2020-21) ('AGM') of the Company was held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 01:00 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 01:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') facility. The Company had provided remote e-voting facility to the Members on resolutions proposed to be considered at the AGM from Monday, September 27, 2021 (9:00 A.M. IST) to Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (5:00 P.M. IST) on the e-voting portal of CDSL. Further, those Members, who participated through VC/OAVM facility, were provided facility to e-vote through 'Zoom' at the AGM. All items of business contained in the Notice of the 36thAnnual General Meeting were approved by the Members with majority.
