AGM 30/09/2021 This is to inform you that 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30/09/2021 at 4:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR, 2015, please note that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24/09/2021 to 30/09/2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 39th AGM of Company to be held on 30/09/2021. The Company has decided 23/09/2021 will cut-off date for the purpose of offering remote e-Voting facility to members in respect of businesses to be transacted at 39th AGM. Remote e-Voting period commences on 27/09/2021 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on 29/09/2021 at 5:00 p.m. Remote e-Voting module shall be disabled for voting thereafter.
