The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Friday, 27th August, 2021 to Wednesday, 8th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 30th AGM of the Company and for determining the entitlement of the shareholders to final Dividend for financial year 31st March, 2021; 2. Cut - off date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for Final Dividend & E-voting at ensuing AGM is Thursday, 26th August, 2021.
