We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today inter alia has Fixed 7th September 2021 Tuesday as the Record Date for the payment of Final Dividend FY 2020-21 if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing AGM and Fixed 27th September 2021 Monday for payment of Final Dividend FY 2020-21 if approved by the Shareholders in the ensuing AGM. The 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th September 2021 at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In compliance with Circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, the Notice of 41st AGM, Annual Report and other reports/documents (AGM documents) will be sent through electronic mode only to such shareholders whose email addresses are registered with Depository Participants (DPs)/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), and no physical/hard copy of the AGM documents will be sent to the Shareholders. In this connection, a press release was issued for the Shareholders of the Company to register/update their email addresses and bank account details with the Company.
