AGM 27/07/2021 The Board of Directors at their meeting held today has approved the Audited Financial Results ('Financial Results') of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2021. We are enclosing herewith: 1. Financial Results of the Company in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') and 2.
