In terms of the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 as amended applicable Secretarial Standards Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and relevant circulars issued by MCA & SEBI the Company is pleased to provide remote e-voting facility to its Members in respect of the business to be transacted at the AGM and facility of casting vote through e-voting system during the AGM to the Members participating in the AGM. Necessary arrangements have been made by the Company with NSDL for providing facility of voting through remote e-Voting participation in the AGM through VC/OAVM facility and e-Voting during the AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, we wish to inform you that, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, August 29, 2021 to Saturday, September 4, 2021, both days inclusive, for the purpose of Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on September 4, 2021, and for determining the eligibility of Members to receive dividend, if declared at the said Annual General Meeting.
