This has reference to our letter No. HOC/BSE/402BM/1stQtr./Fin.Results/2022/08/04 dated 4th August, 2022 wherein the company had informed outcome of Board meeting including AGM date, book closure date etc. In continuation to our earlier intimation, we would like to inform that 61st AGM of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 29th September, 2022 at 02:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (''VC'')/ Other Audio Visual Means (''OAVM''), as per various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
