The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 23rd February, 2023, has, inter alia, considered and approved the raising of funds by issue and allotment of securities at a price upto Rs. 80/- per equity share / Convertible warrant, amounting upto Rs. 32,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Two Crores only ), on preferential allotment basis as per details attached, subject to the approval of shareholders. Below enabling actions approved subject to the approval of the shareholders: (a) Alteration of capital clause in the memorandum of association and (b) Approval of the notice for convening an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company on 20th March, 2023 and matters relating thereto.
