Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports issued by M/s Pramodkumar Dad & Associates Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2021. 2. Allotment of 3187374 Equity Shares upon conversion of 7 (Seven) Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds to the Bondholder. 3. Fixed the date of the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Tuesday September 28 2021 at 02.30 p.m (IST). The AGM will be held through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
