Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the proceedings of the 17th AGM duly convened on September 18, 2023 at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 03:32 p.m. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that at the 17th AGM held today on September 18, 2023, the members have inter-alia approved the Landmark Cars Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 18.09.2023) The Corrigendum is being issued with reference to our letter dated 26th August, 2023 submitted to the Stock Exchanges with respect to the Annual Report for the FY 2022-2023. This is to inform you that an erratum noticed in the Annual Report of FY 2022-23 which is as follows: In the Annual Report uploaded on the Stock Exchanges on page no. 173, in note no. 31 for 'OTHER EXPENSES' one line item of Insurance having an amount of Rs. 9.21 million for FY 2022-23 and Rs. 7.59 million for FY 2021-22, was unintentionally missed out and could not be captured in that note. However, as per the audited financials signed by Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Statutory Auditors of the Company, the information was correctly captured in Other Expenses note and the total also getting tallied. A corrective step is taken in this regard and the corrected version of the Annual Report is attached as Annexure-I to this letter. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 26.10.2023)
