Nagreeka Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2021 to September 25, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 25, 2021. Reappointment of Ms. Pawan Kishore Harlalka, as an Independent Director for the first term of five (5) consecutive years. c) Not recommended dividend to the Equity shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2020-21. d) Decided to convene the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 25th September, 2021 at 11.30 a.m. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/06/2021) The 32ndAnnual General Meeting of the members of the Company was held today, 25th September 2021 at 11.30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC). The meeting was held through the Zoom Platform facilitated by National Security Depository Limited. The meeting was held in due compliance with the stipulations of the relevant Circulars of the MCA and SEBI in view of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. 38 Members (including corporate representatives) participated in the Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing.
