Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are sending herewith Notice of 16th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday 29th day of September 2021 at 12:30 pm through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Section 96 of the Companies Act 2013 read with MCA Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May 2020 and Circular No. 02/2021 dated January 13 2021.
