Audited Financial Results (Standalone& Consolidated) along with Statutory Auditor's Report for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2021 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. Statement of Assets & Liabilities (Standalone & Consolidated) as on 31st March, 2021. 3. Recommendation of final Dividend of Rs.1.75/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2021. 4.
