This is to inform you that the 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bearings Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday September 24 2021 at 3:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we submit herewith a copy of the Notice of the 56th AGM of the Company which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members whose e-mail IDs are available with the Company. The Notice of the AGM inter alia provides the process and manner of remote e-voting / e-voting at the AGM and the instructions for participation at the AGM through VC/OAVM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that for the ensuing 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, scheduled to be held on Friday, September 24, 2021, the Record Date is Friday, September 17, 2021.
