Closure of the register of members and share transfer books from June 16, 2022 to June 20, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of convening the Annual General Meeting. Appointment of M/s. Sanjay Grover & Associates, Company Secretaries as Scrutinizer for the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on June 20, 2022.
