Approval of accounts: Considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company reviewed by the Audit Committee for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) along with limited review report. 2. Annual General Meeting 28th Annual General meeting of the Company will be held on 25th September, 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company. This is to inform that the Twenty Seventh Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on Saturday, 25th September, 2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the Registered Office at No. C-9 & C-10, Industrial Estate, 2nd Main Road, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009. The Company will provide to its member the facility to cast their vote(s) on all resolutions set out in the Notice by electronic means (e-voting). The e-voting will commence from Wednesday, 22nd September 2021 at 9.00 a.m. to Friday, 24th September, 2021 at 5.00 p.m. The instructions for e-voting will be sent along with the Notice of the Meeting. The Company has fixed Book Closure dates from 18th September, 2021 to 25th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on all resolutions set out in the Notice.
