In continuation to our letter dated August 06, 2021 and pursuant to applicable Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e. August 12, 2021, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company (which have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors) for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the same along with the Limited Review Report is enclosed. The Board of Directors has also decided that: i) the 2nd AGM of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11 :30 A.M. through VC / OAVM; and ii) the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, September 22, 2021 to Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. iii) The registered office of the Company be shifted, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
