Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial year 2020-21 together with the Notice of the 21st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 at 11:00 AM through Video Conference/ Other Audio Visual Means. The schedule of events is set out below: Cut-off date to vote on AGM resolutions 16th September, 2021 Commencement of Remote e-voting 20th September, 2021 (9:00 AM) End of Remote e-voting 22nd September, 2021 (5:00 PM) Annual General Meeting 23rd September, 2021 (11:00 AM) In terms of recent Guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India for Appointment of Statutory Auditors of Banks and NBFCs (including HFCs) having Ref.No.DoS.CO.ARG/SEC.01/08.91.001/2021-22 dated 27th April, 2021, the Board vide circular resolution approved on 24th August, 2021, has recommended for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual general meeting of the Company, the appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi & Co., Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 302137E) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of three consecutive years to hold office from the conclusion of 21st Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 24th Annual General Meeting. The necessary information as per SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 read with Regulation 30-Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed.
