Dividend: The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share (30%) of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company to be held on Monday, August 8, 2022. This Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share includes Rs. 1.50/- per equity share as a onetime special dividend, consequent to exceptional gains reported during the year.
