AGM 30/09/2021 This is to inform that the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Moongipa Securities Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 At 04:30 P.M. through Video conferencing/ other audio visual means without the physical presence of the Members at the meeting, in accordance, with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.The Company has provided the facility to vote by electronic means (remote evoting as well as e-voting at the AGM) on all the resolutions set out in the AGM notice to the members, who are holding shares on the Cut-off date i.e. Friday, September 24, 2021. The remote e-voting will commence at 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Monday, September 27, 2021 and end at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Detailed instructions for registering email address(s) and e-voting/ attendance at the AGM are given in the AGM notice. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), attached herewith the details of the voting results of the business transacted at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of Moongipa Securities Limited (company) held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 04.30 p.m. (IST) through video Conferencing/other audio visual means.
