AGM 28/09/2021 This is to inform that the 40th Annual General Meeting of the members of Skipper Limited will be held on Tuesday, 28th September, 2021 at 2.30 p.m, Indian Standard Time ('IST'), through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means ('VC/OAVM'). It is further informed that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 22nd September, 2021 to 28th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and to ascertain the names of members who would be entitled to receive dividend, if approved at the AGM. In this regard, a communication regarding deduction of tax at source on dividend explaining the process on withholding tax from dividend (to be paid to the shareholders) at prescribed rates, along with the necessary annexures, would be sent to those shareholders whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company, the RTA or the Depositories.
