AGM:29.07.2022 This is to inform that the 39th AGM of the members of Tarsons Products Limited will be held on Friday, 29th July, 2022 at 12.00 P.M., (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Notice setting out the businesses to be transacted at the said meeting and Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2022 will be sent separately to the stock exchanges and to the members of the Company in due course. It is further informed that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 23rd July, 2022 to Friday, 29th July, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
