(As Per BSE Announcement dated on 07.12.2021) This is to inform that the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on 29th December, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM') and the business mentioned in the Notice convening the AGM dated 30th June, 2021 was duly transacted.
