This is to inform you that the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 03.00 P.M. on Saturday, June 26, 2021, through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the Shareholders at a common venue, to transact the ordinary and special business set out in the Notice of the meeting As already reported, the 21st Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company was held on June 26, 2021 at 3.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means(OAVM).
