This is to inform that the 21st AGM of the Members of Xchanging Solutions Limited will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 11:00 A.M (IST) through VC/OAVM The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 28, 2022 to August 3, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purposes of the AGM. In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, the Company has fixed July 27, 2022 as the Cut-off date to determine the eligibility of the members to cast their vote by electronic means through Remote e-Voting or by e-Voting system during the AGM. The Remote e-voting period commences on July 31, 2022 (9:00 A.M. IST) and ends on August 2, 2022 (5:00 P.M. IST).
